NEW YORK— Paladyne Systems Inc. has teamed up with Thomson Financial to provide Thomson DataFeed, a real-time market and pricing data service to its customers. Paladyne will distribute the Thomson data through its Paladyne product suite, a hosted front-to-back hedge fund solution, offering clients more comprehensive data for electronic trading, order management and real-time profit and loss and position tracking. The solution is being offered within Credit Suisse's Advanced Prime hedge fund platform. Thomson will act as the agency of record for exchange-level reporting requirements, according to a joint statement. "This partnership with Thomson allows Paladyne to provide comprehensive real-time data in an easily deployable and streamlined manner," said Sameer Shalaby, chief executive of Paladyne, in a statement. "Both our current and new clients will gain immediate access to Thomson's real-time data through our hosted product offering."
