Overview
This position will take on full responsibility of implementing Paladyne® Suite at client sites. This position requires a self starter who is capable of running his/her own implementation projects with large Alternative Investment clients. Working with the Paladyne® Suite that cover full spectrum of a buy-side institution business process (front-, middle-, and back- office) will demand unique combination of business and technology skills. This candidate will work directly with business users to access requirements and tailor products by directing development staff to deliver working platform. This position offers a great opportunity to join an explosively growing company and work with some of the largest hedge funds on streamlining their business process by implementing the most advanced Paladyne products.
Responsibilities
- Manage client implementations of the Paladyne® Suite
- Analyze client requirements and produce documentation as appropriate
- Work closely with client IT staff to implement Paladyne® Suite
Prerequisites
- 5+ Years working at a Buy Side Institution (hedge fund is a big plus), first-tier Prime Brokerage, or a vendor product that caters to Buy Side community (Advent is a big plus)
- Solid Knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments and trading strategies
- Proficient in MS SQL 2000 technologies
- Familiarity with accounting and back office practices
- Knowledge of Market Data technologies (Reuters, Bloomberg)
- Ability to lead a team and manage product’s lifecycle
- Experience and Working knowledge of Advent’s Geneva® accounting system or other equivalent accounting systems
