Support Services Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Manager of Support Services to join our professional services team. The Manager of Support Services will oversee the support team responsible for handling support calls from a global perspective. This person will be required to work closely with the Product Management team and Development team, across Paladyne’s different regional offices.

Responsibilities

  • Gather business & technical requirements for integrating & improving Paladyne products.
  • Build Interfaces with external vendors.
  • Develop reports to send data feeds to brokers.
  • Train and manage Support team on products & client specific workflows.

Prerequisites

  • Experience with the Paladyne products, Advent’s Geneva, Sungard VPM, Bloomberg, Reuters, Reuters DSS, Thomson Reuters, Microsoft BizTalk, Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
  • Strong understanding of entire trade life-cycle, from front- to back-office.
  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5 yrs experience in support services, or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
