NEW YORK, NY ANDPALM BEACH GARDENS, FL – January 9 , 2007 – Paladyne Systems, LLC, a leading provider of alternative investment solutions, today announced that Lighthouse Investment Partners, LLC (“Lighthouse”), a multi-billion-dollar asset manager and fund of hedge funds provider, has licensed the PALADYNE™ product suite to enhance its global managed account platform. The PALADYNE suite will automate the trade capture and reconciliation processes as well as the collection, storage, and processing of securities terms and conditions and corporate actions. Lighthouse will also utilize Paladyne’s data warehousing and custom reporting tools, which provide seamless integration to Lighthouse’s existing infrastructure including, Advent Geneva®.
Lighthouse will implement the PALADYNE ASP™ offering, a fully-hosted solution including software, hardware, database maintenance, IT and disaster recovery services. The PALADYNE ASP platform will enable Lighthouse to offer its managers direct access to Paladyne’s front- and middle-office tools including order management, real-time P&L and portfolio management, data warehousing, custom reporting and performance analysis.
