Paladyne EMEA was established in 2005, the same year that Paladyne was founded. The first location in EMEA was the Development and Client Service in Russia. In 2008 Paladyne added a Sales and Client Service office in London. Paladyne now has over 70 employees in EMEA.

JONATHAN CROSS Managing Director
Jonathan Cross is based in the London office and is responsible for managing all aspects of Paladyne’s EMEA operations. Prior to this he was COO at Tradar, a provider of portfolio management software to the alternative investment community, and was responsible for all operations including client support and professional services. He joined Tradar as employee #3 and grew their business significantly to 170 clients in 20 countries. Previously, he has held various technical roles and provided software solutions and consultancy services for a number of major financial institutions.
STUART CALDER Director of Product Management
Stuart Calder joined Paladyne Systems in December 2009 as Director of Product Management. Based in the City of London, Mr Calder has more than two decades of experience in the financial technology space, covering both buy-side and sell-side, and spanning front, middle, and back office solutions. Immediately prior to joining Paladyne, he spent over 4 years as a Product Director at Linedata Services, where he had global responsibility for the Beauchamp suite of products that focused on the alternative investment space. In the past Mr Calder has led many product and software development teams covering trading, portfolio management, performance measurement and attribution, web-based delivery of real-time market data, and integration middleware.
He received a BSc in Physics from the University of Southampton.
